Cancellation and Refund Policies:
* Cancellations must be made in writing.
* Fees may apply depending on the notice period.
If you cancel your booking, the following refund policy applies: Cancellations made 7 days before arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 1 day before arrival. Any applicable refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. No refunds for early departures.
Guest responsibilities:
* Maintaining cleanliness.
* Respecting property.
* Following house rules.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and to adhere to all house rules.
We do not allow parties and events. Any damage to the property or its contents will be the responsibility of the guest and may result in additional charges. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Liability
Miss Tea Homestay is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property, except where such loss, damage, or injury is caused by our negligence. Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking.
Quick homestay rules:
🎉 Every guests should be 18 years and above as per birthday month
🆔 Government-issued ID will be required for verification process
🎆 We don't allow parties and events
🕜 Check-in starts at 12 pm and check-out is at 10 am
🥣 It is an Airbnb hence we don't provide food. The kitchen is provided to cook your own meal
